В 2021 году Эталон все-таки начнет что-то делать по проекту Летниковская. Кроме это, будет снесено авангардное здание по адресу "Электрозаводская, 60", а также начнется проектирование на Зорге. #перспективныйпроект

Утром открываем презентацию от Эталона и поражаемся продуктовым инновациям, которые хочет внедрить данный девелопер.

Инновация 1. Слово сочетание "из говна и палок" про Московский девелопмент станет ближе, так как проект на "Зорге, 3" Эталон хочет собрать из палок или CLT-панелей. Как идея интересно, теперь ждем старта продаж и реализации, так как как отреагирует рынок на деревянный дом - неизвестно. Нужно очень сильно пиарить среди хипстеров, которые топят за бережливое производство. И конечно же интересно, как деревянный дом справится с вечными потопами, которые преследуют другие новостройки.

Старт проекта запланирован на конец 2021 года.

The original Telegram channel has expanded into a web of accounts for different locations, including specific pages made for individual Russian cities. There's also an English-language website, which states it is owned by the people who run the Telegram channels. On December 23rd, 2020, Pavel Durov posted to his channel that the company would need to start generating revenue. In early 2021, he added that any advertising on the platform would not use user data for targeting, and that it would be focused on “large one-to-many channels.” He pledged that ads would be “non-intrusive” and that most users would simply not notice any change. At this point, however, Durov had already been working on Telegram with his brother, and further planned a mobile-first social network with an explicit focus on anti-censorship. Later in April, he told TechCrunch that he had left Russia and had “no plans to go back,” saying that the nation was currently “incompatible with internet business at the moment.” He added later that he was looking for a country that matched his libertarian ideals to base his next startup. But Telegram says people want to keep their chat history when they get a new phone, and they like having a data backup that will sync their chats across multiple devices. And that is why they let people choose whether they want their messages to be encrypted or not. When not turned on, though, chats are stored on Telegram's services, which are scattered throughout the world. But it has "disclosed 0 bytes of user data to third parties, including governments," Telegram states on its website. Right now the digital security needs of Russians and Ukrainians are very different, and they lead to very different caveats about how to mitigate the risks associated with using Telegram. For Ukrainians in Ukraine, whose physical safety is at risk because they are in a war zone, digital security is probably not their highest priority. They may value access to news and communication with their loved ones over making sure that all of their communications are encrypted in such a manner that they are indecipherable to Telegram, its employees, or governments with court orders.
