ЯБЛОЧНЫЕ ОЛАДЬИ НА АКВАФАБЕ.

Аквафаба- это жидкость от бобовых. Из зелёного горошка, например. Или от фасоли белой, или от варки нута. В ней много белка, и её можно взбить!

Просто и бюджетно👌

Оладьи нежные и сладенькие, хотя и не содержат сахара👌 #ПостноПолезно

Понадобится (7 небольших шт.)
✅аквафаба 100 гр
✅соль-щепотка
✅яблоко крупное-1 шт. (160 гр чистый вес)
✅мука (по вкусу: овсяная, пшеничная и т.д.)-100 гр
✅разрыхлитель-1/4 ч.л.
✅ванилин по вкусу.

✏Аквафабу взбиваем с щепоткой соли.
✏Яблоко натираем на крупной терке.
✏Муку просеиваем с разрыхлителем и ванилином. Всё перепешиваем.
✏Обжариваем с двух сторон на среднем огне. Ангела за трапезой😇
