✏️ С помощью овощечистки нарезаем кабачок тонкими лентами. ✏️ Сыр тофу нарезаем кубиками. Добавляем оливковое масло, соль, перец, сухой чеснок и прованские травы. Перемешиваем. ✏️ Берем шпажки для шашлычков. . Можно сломать их пополам, если слишком длинные, чтобы точно поместились на сковородке. ✏️Каждый кубик оборачиваем ленточкой из кабачка. Обжариваем на разогретой сковороде с маслом со всех сторон. Ангела за трапезой!😇
