Можно с овощами (сырыми или печеными), а можно и в салат, на готовые блюда, макароны, крупы, к котлетам и т. п.
✅кешью (сырой)- 100 г ✅вода- 90 мл (Или меньше, если хотите погуще) ✅оливковое масло (или другое нерафинированное по вкусу)- 1,5 ст. л. ✅лимонный сок- 1,5 ст. л. ✅горчица- 1 неполная ст. л. ✅соль- 0,5 ч. л. ✅перец черный - по вкусу ✅чеснок- 1 зуб. (можно заменить на сухой по вкусу)
✏️Кешью замачиваем в обычной воде минимум на 6 часов. Сливаем воду и перекладываем орешки в блендер. ✏️Добавляем все остальные ингредиенты.
*если хотите соус погуще, то добавляйте меньше воды
✏️Перемалываем до однородной консистенции. Готово!
