Под «склонением» в законе предлагается понимать «совершение действий, направленных на принуждение женщины к искусственному прерыванию беременности через уговоры, подкуп, обман, шантаж и использование служебной зависимости беременной при выполнении ею должностных обязанностей».
Административный штраф для граждан установлен в размере от 3 тыс. до 5 тыс. руб., для должностных лиц — от 25 тыс. до 50 тыс. руб., для юридических лиц — от 200 тыс. до 500 тыс. руб.
