«Ялта» требовала признать отказ «Форсаер-Тюмень» от исполнения договора аренды недействительным. В свою очередь владелец «Ориона» 3 сентября заявил встречный иск, требуя освободить помещение. Причина расторжения договора не сообщается, однако ей могла стать просрочка платежей.
