Ранее Бугаев планировал отправиться на СВО после того, как получил тюремный срок — несколько месяцев назад он был осужден за покушение на сбыт наркотиков.
Бугаев выступал за «Торпедо» и «Локомотив», «Томь» и «Краснодар». Защитник представлял сборную России на 7-и матчах, из них 2 — на чемпионате Европы 2004 года. Бугаев завершил карьеру в 29 лет в 2010 году.

"This time we received the coordinates of enemy vehicles marked 'V' in Kyiv region," it added. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The perpetrators use various names to carry out the investment scams. They may also impersonate or clone licensed capital market intermediaries by using the names, logos, credentials, websites and other details of the legitimate entities to promote the illegal schemes.
