Она будет включать основное здание площадью не более 14,2 тыс. кв. м, несколько жилых блоков для тренерского штаба, основной и молодежной команд, а также детской спортивной школы (2,7 тыс. кв. м). Кроме того, здесь появятся несколько зон отдыха и спортивной подготовки, медицинский центр, три футбольных поля (26,9 тыс. кв. м), спортивные площадки. Завершить все работы подрядчик должен будет к 2028 году.

So much so that the Ukrainian National Security and Defense Council issued a statement labeling which accounts are Russian-backed. Ukrainian officials, in potential violation of the Geneva Convention, have shared imagery of dead and captured Russian soldiers on the platform.
