Заявка «ТМХ-ПТР» признана соответствующей требованиям, поручено заключить договор. Снижения по цене не было. В то же время в ходе закупочных процедур были скорректированы сроки поставок: теперь для всех поездов указано, что они должны быть поставлены в период 4 квартал-2022 - 1 квартал-2023.
