По версии следствия Овчинников, экс-начальник управления проблемных активов АО «Главное управление обустройства войск» Николай Грачев и бывший конкурсный управляющий структуры Минобороны «Строительное управление Московского региона» (СУ МР) Алексей Асташкин похитили 24 объекта недвижимости Минобороны в Москве на 700 млн руб. через подложные торги в рамках процедуры банкротства СУ МР.
Кроме того, в СК полагают, что по той же схеме они украли 15 объектов министерства в подмосковной Балашихе на 244 млн руб. Грачев, Асташкин и еще один фигурант — Евгений Потапов — заключены под стражу.
