Следствием по этому делу должен заняться заместитель генпрокурора Михал Островский, который был связан с Зёбро, и был лидером бунта против нового генпрокурора Боднара. При этом ПиСовский телеканал "Республика" сообщил, что государственный переворот уже состоялся (хотя это всего лишь заявление было, а не установленный факт), Ярослав Качиньский поддержал решение Свенчковского, а Туск ответил, что у него есть более важные дела, и выложил видео, где он играет в пинг-понг.
