Организацию акции, которая получила название BLUEANDYELLOW, взял на себя Марк Цирден, который:
▪️с 2005 по 2013 год был рядовым солдатом 261-го Лебахского парашютного батальона (бригада Саар); ▪️ в 2006 году в течение пяти месяцев был участником военной операции EUFOR в Конго; ▪️ в 2008 и 2009 годах был дислоцирован в Кундузе (Афганистан) — в пехотной роте; ▪️ с 2019 года является резервистом и работает главным медиком в 11-м парашютно-десантном полку.
Однако, как мы уже писали выше, он является 2-м председателем НКО PEOPLE IN UNIFORM eV, которая и взяла на себя официальную организацию акции BLUEANDYELLOW.

Telegram has gained a reputation as the “secure” communications app in the post-Soviet states, but whenever you make choices about your digital security, it’s important to start by asking yourself, “What exactly am I securing? And who am I securing it from?” These questions should inform your decisions about whether you are using the right tool or platform for your digital security needs. Telegram is certainly not the most secure messaging app on the market right now. Its security model requires users to place a great deal of trust in Telegram’s ability to protect user data. For some users, this may be good enough for now. For others, it may be wiser to move to a different platform for certain kinds of high-risk communications. Soloviev also promoted the channel in a post he shared on his own Telegram, which has 580,000 followers. The post recommended his viewers subscribe to "War on Fakes" in a time of fake news. A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. He said that since his platform does not have the capacity to check all channels, it may restrict some in Russia and Ukraine "for the duration of the conflict," but then reversed course hours later after many users complained that Telegram was an important source of information. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities.
