Роготовский передал Смольяниновой первые ₽100 тыс. для передачи Фролову. Обвинение строится на оперативных материалах, показаниях потерпевшего, показаниях подозреваемой Смольяниновой и самого Фролова, который признал вину и начал сотрудничать со следствием.
