На заседании 17 декабря Совет депутатов Дубровического сельского поселения не стал голосовать за типовое решение о поддержке инициативы ликвидации сельских поселений и преобразование Рязанского района в муниципальный округ. Инициатива может быть реализована только после согласования всеми поселениями.
С аргументами против проекта выступили депутаты Константин Смирнов («Яблоко») и Юрий Юдаев (КПРФ). Смирнов накануне опубликовал развернутое обращение к коллегам.
В итоге депутаты согласились с тем, что инициатива недостаточно обоснована, непонятны плюсы решения, непонятно какая система управления появится после ликвидации поселений.

Apparently upbeat developments in Russia's discussions with Ukraine helped at least temporarily send investors back into risk assets. Russian President Vladimir Putin said during a meeting with his Belarusian counterpart Alexander Lukashenko that there were "certain positive developments" occurring in the talks with Ukraine, according to a transcript of their meeting. Putin added that discussions were happening "almost on a daily basis." Two days after Russia invaded Ukraine, an account on the Telegram messaging platform posing as President Volodymyr Zelenskiy urged his armed forces to surrender. What distinguishes the app from competitors is its use of what's known as channels: Public or private feeds of photos and videos that can be set up by one person or an organization. The channels have become popular with on-the-ground journalists, aid workers and Ukrainian President Volodymyr Zelenskyy, who broadcasts on a Telegram channel. The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm.
