❗️Госавтоинспекция района имени Лазо предупреждает автомобилистов об опасности катания пассажиров на привязанных к машинам тюбингах, «ватрушках» и санках.🛷 Такие опасные развлечения запрещены правилами дорожного движения (ПДД). Наказание за это нарушение понесут как водители, так и те, кто катается. ❗️Если катающийся окажется на проезжей части, то его действия будут квалифицированы как нарушение ПДД и и он понесёт административну ответственность согласно ч. 2 ст. 12.29 КоАП России (нарушение ПДД лицом, участвующим в процессе дорожного движения). ❗️Водитель наказание будет привлечён к административнойответственности по ч. 2 ст. 12.23 КоАП (перевозка людей вне кабины автомобиля). ❗️Особенно важно, что за действия, которые приведут к гибели человека, водителю грозит уголовная ответственность❗️

In December 2021, Sebi officials had conducted a search and seizure operation at the premises of certain persons carrying out similar manipulative activities through Telegram channels. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. "For Telegram, accountability has always been a problem, which is why it was so popular even before the full-scale war with far-right extremists and terrorists from all over the world," she told AFP from her safe house outside the Ukrainian capital. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. Telegram has become more interventionist over time, and has steadily increased its efforts to shut down these accounts. But this has also meant that the company has also engaged with lawmakers more generally, although it maintains that it doesn’t do so willingly. For instance, in September 2021, Telegram reportedly blocked a chat bot in support of (Putin critic) Alexei Navalny during Russia’s most recent parliamentary elections. Pavel Durov was quoted at the time saying that the company was obliged to follow a “legitimate” law of the land. He added that as Apple and Google both follow the law, to violate it would give both platforms a reason to boot the messenger from its stores.
