Областная прокуратура защитила 84-летнего жителя Ломоносовского района, подав иск к мобильному оператору. По данным портала 47news, ответчиком стал «Мегафон». Это первый подобный случай в регионе.
Оператор не заблокировал звонок с подменного иностранного номера, что нарушает законодательство. Летом 2023 года пенсионер из деревни Низино перевел мошенникам 250 тысяч рублей.
По мировому соглашению «Мегафон» вернет эту сумму и выплатит 100 тысяч рублей за моральный ущерб.
