Кроме шуток, идея хорошая. Пусть будет стандарт, главное что бы он выполнялся. В связи с этим вопрос: что будет с теми УК и ТСЖ, которые стандарт не соблюдают? Общественное порицание? Или все таки начнут штрафовать.
Хочется верить, что теперь если жилинспекция установит факт несоответствия конкретного подвала утвержденному стандарту, конкретная же УК получит конкретных люлей.
