Ну спасибо, что не через Хедхантер хотя бы ищут, как наши областные АРЧК и прочие кадровые агентства по имитации бурной деятельности. Кстати, раз методы поиска сотрудников одни и те же - может, пора в каждой мэрии свой комитет по эффективному управлению мэрией завести?
А, и самое главное забыли. Ключевой пункт в вакансии на главу села - чтобы не пил. А то знаем мы эти культурные сельские традиции.
