Министерство строительства Самарской области в 2025 году направит 560,1 млн рублей на завершение строительства и ввод в эксплуатацию проблемного объекта. Речь идет о долевке на улице Садовой, 281. Деньги пойдут на возмещение затрат застройщика.
Вопрос будет рассмотрен на заседании комитета по бюджету Самарской губдумы, намеченном на 27 февраля 2025 года.
Ранее власти сообщали, что объект будет сдан в 2024 году.

In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
