Вчера администрация Саратова опубликовала рейтинг, составленный по итогам работы территориальных подразделений города в 1 полугодии 2023 года. Волжский район в нем оказался на последнем месте.
Судьба уже бывшего главы Владимира Бьятенко, который занял этот пост в ноябре прошлого года после того, как предыдущий глава района Владимир Томашенцев был назначен руководителем Государственной жилищной инспекцией Саратовской области, неизвестна.
Для справки. Евгений Киселев родился в 1992 году. Окончил СГУ им. Н.Г. Чернышевского по специальности «социология». До последнего времени трудился заместителем главы администрации Татищевского района.

At the start of 2018, the company attempted to launch an Initial Coin Offering (ICO) which would enable it to enable payments (and earn the cash that comes from doing so). The initial signals were promising, especially given Telegram’s user base is already fairly crypto-savvy. Telegram boasts 500 million users, who share information individually and in groups in relative security. But Telegram's use as a one-way broadcast channel — which followers can join but not reply to — means content from inauthentic accounts can easily reach large, captive and eager audiences. On Telegram’s website, it says that Pavel Durov “supports Telegram financially and ideologically while Nikolai (Duvov)’s input is technological.” Currently, the Telegram team is based in Dubai, having moved around from Berlin, London and Singapore after departing Russia. Meanwhile, the company which owns Telegram is registered in the British Virgin Islands. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. Since January 2022, the SC has received a total of 47 complaints and enquiries on illegal investment schemes promoted through Telegram. These fraudulent schemes offer non-existent investment opportunities, promising very attractive and risk-free returns within a short span of time. They commonly offer unrealistic returns of as high as 1,000% within 24 hours or even within a few hours.
