Предварительно установлено, что беспилотник был самолётного типа с размахом крыльев 6 метров и поршневым двигателем. Инфраструктура порта не получила повреждений, никто не пострадал. Обломки БПЛА также могут быть в Финском заливе, в 5 километрах от терминала.
