По версии следствия, 52-летний бывший замкомандующего Южного округа Росгвардии потребовал от поставщика модулей для быстровозводимых зданий 140 миллионов и угрожал разорвать контракт стоимостью 480 миллионов, если денег не будет, передает Mash.
Генерал-майора и его посредника задержали после получения денег. Мирзаев отправлен под стражу до 2 января.
