Материалы о свершениях местных чиновников публикует «РИА Новости». Всего за работу заплатят 954 тыс. рублей. Деньги на пиар выделены из бюджета республики.
МИА «Россия Сегодня» — это государственных холдинг, куда кроме «РИА Новости» входят агентства Sputnik, «Прайм», «ИноСМИ» и другие.
Гендиректор холдинга — Дмитрий Киселев, главред — Маргарита Симоньян.

Although some channels have been removed, the curation process is considered opaque and insufficient by analysts. Additionally, investors are often instructed to deposit monies into personal bank accounts of individuals who claim to represent a legitimate entity, and/or into an unrelated corporate account. To lend credence and to lure unsuspecting victims, perpetrators usually claim that their entity and/or the investment schemes are approved by financial authorities. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. The Dow Jones Industrial Average fell 230 points, or 0.7%. Meanwhile, the S&P 500 and the Nasdaq Composite dropped 1.3% and 2.2%, respectively. All three indexes began the day with gains before selling off. Artem Kliuchnikov and his family fled Ukraine just days before the Russian invasion.
