Мужчина не мог ездить на машине некоторое время, потому что оформлял документы. Он припарковал авто на улице Шамиля Джигкаева во Владикавказе, однако в один из дней не обнаружил её месте. После этого пожилой мужчина и пришёл в полицию.
Сотрудники МВД выяснили, что машину угнали.
Подозреваемого нашли и задержали его. Это житель Владикавказа 1985 года рождения.
💬 «Как пояснил задержанный, он видел, что припаркованная машина не эксплуатировалась длительное время, решив, что она никому не нужна, отбуксировал и продал незнакомым людям», - сообщили в МВД по Северной Осетии.
Возбуждено уголовное дело по ч.2 ст.158 УК РФ (кража).
Жителю Владикавказа грозит до 2 лет лишения свободы.
