🤝 Сколтех с официальным визитом посетила делегация Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов во главе с заместителем министра здравоохранения Абу-Даби Нурой Аль Гаити.

В кампусе учёные Сколтеха из Биоцентра, Нейроцентра и Проектного центра омиксных технологий и передовой масс-спектрометрии обсудили с гостями международное сотрудничество в области биомедицинских исследований, работу совместной лаборатории института и Университета Шарджи BIMAI-Lab, проекты в области омиксных технологий и методологию для тестирования психического здоровья.

Партнёры из России и Объединенных Арабских Эмиратов также провели переговоры о новых совместных инициативах в области образования и науки, в том числе между Департаментом здравоохранения ОАЭ и BIMAI-Lab.

A Russian Telegram channel with over 700,000 followers is spreading disinformation about Russia's invasion of Ukraine under the guise of providing "objective information" and fact-checking fake news. Its influence extends beyond the platform, with major Russian publications, government officials, and journalists citing the page's posts. If you initiate a Secret Chat, however, then these communications are end-to-end encrypted and are tied to the device you are using. That means it’s less convenient to access them across multiple platforms, but you are at far less risk of snooping. Back in the day, Secret Chats received some praise from the EFF, but the fact that its standard system isn’t as secure earned it some criticism. If you’re looking for something that is considered more reliable by privacy advocates, then Signal is the EFF’s preferred platform, although that too is not without some caveats. But Kliuchnikov, the Ukranian now in France, said he will use Signal or WhatsApp for sensitive conversations, but questions around privacy on Telegram do not give him pause when it comes to sharing information about the war. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise.
