Xalq deputatlari viloyat Kengashlariga soliqqa tortish uchun koʻchmas mulk ijara toʻlovi minimal stavkalariga nisbatan oʻrnatiladigan oshiruvchi koeffitsiyentni faoliyat yoki obyekt turi boʻyicha tabaqalashtirish vakolati berildi.
Amalda ijara toʻloviga nisbatan koeffitsiyentlar (2 gacha) tuman va zonalarga qarab belgilanib, obyektlarning faoliyat turlari inobatga olinmaydi.

Жокаргы Кенес Республики Каракалпакстан, Кенгаши народных депутатов областей и города Ташкента уполномочены дифференцировать по видам деятельности или объектам повышающий коэффициент в отношении минимальных ставок арендной платы недвижимого имущества.
Согласно действующему порядку повышающие коэффициенты (до 2) устанавливаются по районам и зонам без учета видов деятельности объектов.
