Прокуратура Ставропольского края утвердила обвинительное заключение по уголовному делу в отношении 38-летнего жителя соседней республики.
Он обвиняется по части 3 статьи 354.1 УК РФ (осквернение символов воинской славы России).
По версии следствия, в сентябре 2024 года мужчина находясь у обелиска «Вечная Слава» в городе Невинномысске осквернил Вечный огонь, горящий на территории памятника.

Telegram, which does little policing of its content, has also became a hub for Russian propaganda and misinformation. Many pro-Kremlin channels have become popular, alongside accounts of journalists and other independent observers. Stocks dropped on Friday afternoon, as gains made earlier in the day on hopes for diplomatic progress between Russia and Ukraine turned to losses. Technology stocks were hit particularly hard by higher bond yields. Groups are also not fully encrypted, end-to-end. This includes private groups. Private groups cannot be seen by other Telegram users, but Telegram itself can see the groups and all of the communications that you have in them. All of the same risks and warnings about channels can be applied to groups.
