Об этом заявил глава Ленобласти Александр Дрозденко. «Ленобласть будет изымать заглубленные подвальные помещения для оборудования укрытий и обеспечения безопасности жителей на случай ЧС», — говорится в сообщении.
Дрозденко отметил, что «времени на споры сейчас нет», поэтому оперштаб примет решение быстро. «Подвалы, которые изымем и отремонтируем, в том числе будем предоставлять молодежным, социальным клубам и волонтерам», — добавил он. Также Дрозденко намекнул, что не знает, как долго будет действовать это решение — «постоянно или временно».
