При этом уголовное преследование должно быть прекращено в связи с деятельным раскаянием, не менее чем за три года до поступления на службу и только по уголовным делам частного обвинения.
Говорят, решение вынужденное и связано с острым дефицитом кадров. Только МВД не хватает 150 тысяч сотрудников.
