В церемонии участвовали ректор КНУ Догдурбек Чонтоев, замминистра образования Свердловской области РФ Ирина Серкова, советник посольства РФ Сергей Храмов, директор Института журналистики КНУ Ширин Костюк и депутаты Свердловской области.
