Впрочем, фактически эту землю девелопер выкупил еще в 2021 году, но из-за банкротства продавца («Аффионор») конкурсный управляющий пытался оспорить сделку. Ситуация разрешилась в пользу новосибирцев. На площадке уже проводятся инженерно-геодезические изыскания. Скорее всего, согласование ЖК на участке — вопрос времени.
