Так, согласно данным портала Rusprofile, новым генеральным директором фирмы «Терраинвест», на балансе которой находится земельный участок и здание по адресу: улица Гашека, вл. 12, стр. 2, стала Марина Маловик — соучредитель девелоперской компании October Group.
Напомню, что всего пару месяцев назад структура MR Group выкупила здание у Центра управления городским имуществом (ЦУГИ) Москвы.
