Кроме того, Каганский вместе со своим партнером Ренатом Айгистовым вошли в проекты выходца из ПСН и гендиректора девелопера Insolver — Андрея Елисеева и Дмитрия Шошнева. Они получили по 25% в фирмах: «Юг-69» (на балансе — участок у ЖК «Домашний», одобрено 96 832 кв.м общественно-деловой застройки), «Восток-59» (участок рядом с ЖК «Домашний», 100 000 кв.м общественно-деловой застройки, «Север-48» (подробностей нет).
