Еще в августе новым гендиректором СЗ «Мневники-девелопмент», на балансе которого находится площадка, стала Наталья Устинова. Она с 2017 года возглавляет компанию «Летчика Бабушкина», владельцы которой (ООО «Ситистрой» и ООО «Ситигрупп») связаны с «Бэсткон».
На территории 5,5 га согласовано строительство 219 976 кв. м недвижимости, из которых жилье займет 175 981 кв. м. Кстати, девелоперы передают эту землю, как эстафетную палочку: в 2021 ее приобрел MR Group, затем владельцем стал «Интеко», наследником которого оказался Sminex, ну и теперь актив улетел сами знаете к кому.
