Судя по картотеке арбитражных судов (kad.arbitr.ru) подтверждается новость ряда пабликов, что Минтранс РФ обратился в Арбитражный суд Московской области с иском к TPS Avia holding inc. и Sandy Investments Ltd с просьбой приостановить их корпоративные права в отношении МКООО "ТПС Авиа Холдинг ЛТД" - единственного владельца ООО "Шереметьево Холдинг", которое контролирует более 66% акций в АО "Международный аэропорт Шереметьево" (МАШ).

During the operations, Sebi officials seized various records and documents, including 34 mobile phones, six laptops, four desktops, four tablets, two hard drive disks and one pen drive from the custody of these persons.
