Компания «СЗ «Московский Ткацко-Отделочный Комбинат», принадлежащая AFI Development, подала единственную заявку на торги, которые проходили в рамках банкротства компании «Мосстроймеханизация-5».
Согласно протоколу торгов, торги по лоту признаны несостоявшимися, но конкурсный управляющий вправе заключать сделку с единственным участником. Сумма сделки может составить — 1,6 млрд рублей.
На продажу была выставлена производственно-складская база предприятия по адресу: Алтуфьевское шоссе, вл. 27А. В лот входили строения на 23 154 м² и земельный участок площадью 5,4 га.
Данный участок входит в проект КРТ промзоны «Алтуфьевское шоссе», инвестором которой выступает AFI Development. По планам КРТ на данном участке должно быть построено порядка 447 000 м² общественно-производственной недвижимости.
