Застройщиком выступает компания «Актион девелопмент».

Согласно проектным решениям, на участке площадью 0,34 га будет построен 9-этажный офисный комплекс общей площадью 16 277 м².

Архитектурную концепцию проекта разработало бюро «Цимайло Ляшенко и Партнеры».

Ввести комплекс в эксплуатацию планируется в четвертом квартале 2025 года.
