В рамках него будет построен 66-этажный небоскреб бизнес-класса рассчитанный на 699 квартир. Выдача ключей планируется в 4 квартале 2028 года.

Комплекс будет построен по адресу: 3-й Силикатный проезд, вл. 6.

Сейчас девелопер ведет строительство первой очереди ЖК, которая состоит из двух жилых башен класса комфорт+ высотой 65 и 46 этажей.
