Согласован архитектурный облик жилого комплекса на Гродненской улице.

ЖК получил название «Кутузов Сити». Проект состоит из трех разновысотных корпусов высотой от 12 до 28 этажей, объединенных стилобатом. Всего в жилом комплексе запроектировано 220 квартир.

Архитектурные решения ЖК разработало бюро ATRIUM.

Фасад бионических форм будут облицованы алюмокомпозитными панелями с УФ-покрытием.

Девелопером комплекса выступает PLATO Development экс-главы «Проминстраха» Сергея Гладкина.

ЖК будет построен по адресу: Гродненская ул., вл. 18.

Проект уже успешно прошел экспертизу и, вероятно, в ближайшее время будет получено разрешение на строительство.
