⚡️ Бывшие акционеры группы МИЦ Андрей Рябинский и Александр Копылков оказались владельцами земельного участка на улице Академика Скрябина.

Согласно протоколу градостроительно-земельной комиссии, фирма «Минеево-1», которая принадлежит Рябинскому и Копылкову, является собственником земельного участка по адресу: улица Академика Скрябина, вл. 21.

На этом земельном участке согласовано строительство высотного жилого комплекса общей площадью 172 300 м², из которых 135 000 м² — жильё. Максимальная высота застройки может составить 195 метров.

Правда, по моей информации, сейчас активно ищут покупателя на эту площадку, но хотят за нее много денег.

Ранее стало известно, что у бывших акционеров группы МИЦ остался ряд участков, которые не вошли в сделку по продаже компании группе «Самолет».

Нельзя просто так взять и уйти из девелопмента.
