В Москве выставлен на продажу проект строительства гостиницы на Земляном Валу.

Российский аукционный дом объявил о проведении аукциона по продаже 100% долей уставного капитала компании «Земляной Вал, 59». В собственности компании находится земельный участок площадью 0,11 гектара, на котором разрешено строительство гостиничного комплекса категории 4 звезды на 60 номеров.

В настоящее время компанией «Земляной Вал, 59» в равных долях владеют глава и владелец группы «Техноком» Вячеслав Ковалев и бизнесмен Максим Козырь.

За актив планируют выручить 380 млн рублей. Торги состоятся 4 апреля.

As the war in Ukraine rages, the messaging app Telegram has emerged as the go-to place for unfiltered live war updates for both Ukrainian refugees and increasingly isolated Russians alike. The War on Fakes channel has repeatedly attempted to push conspiracies that footage from Ukraine is somehow being falsified. One post on the channel from February 24 claimed without evidence that a widely viewed photo of a Ukrainian woman injured in an airstrike in the city of Chuhuiv was doctored and that the woman was seen in a different photo days later without injuries. The post, which has over 600,000 views, also baselessly claimed that the woman's blood was actually makeup or grape juice. Also in the latest update is the ability for users to create a unique @username from the Settings page, providing others with an easy way to contact them via Search or their t.me/username link without sharing their phone number. Andrey, a Russian entrepreneur living in Brazil who, fearing retaliation, asked that NPR not use his last name, said Telegram has become one of the few places Russians can access independent news about the war. In addition, Telegram's architecture limits the ability to slow the spread of false information: the lack of a central public feed, and the fact that comments are easily disabled in channels, reduce the space for public pushback.
