Власти Москвы согласовали компании Prime Life Development Владимира Брынцалова увеличение высотности на следующих очередях развития территории завода «Ферейн» на Нагатинской улице.
Согласно документам градостроительно-земельной комиссии, на ряде земельных участков будущих очередей проекта могут появиться высотные жилые комплексы общей площадью 274 305 м² и высотой 220 и 175 метров.
Ранее на этих участках была согласована максимальная высота в 100 метров при этой же площади.
Напомню, что на 14 га завода «Ферейн» планируется построить жилой микрорайон на 600 000 м².
