«Не может быть в школе, где 65 учеников, 9 заместителей директора. Мы же понимаем, кто на эти должности назначается. Четверо из них обязательно окажутся кому-то близки», — отметил Меликов.
В отношении руководителей, которые злоупотребляют должностными полномочиями, будут приниматься жёсткие меры, предупредил глава Дагестана.
