🏛30 октября 2024 года Псковский городской суд Псковской области вынес постановление по делу об административном правонарушении в отношении жителя г. Пскова Шлосберга Л.М, имеющего статус иностранного агента.
Он разместил в социальной сети «ВКонтакте» под своим именем информационный материал, не указав статус иноагента (ч 4 ст. 19.34 КоАП РФ).
⚖️ Суд признал Шлосберга Л.М. виновным и назначил наказание в виде административного штрафа в размере 30000 рублей.

Despite Telegram's origins, its approach to users' security has privacy advocates worried. The Security Service of Ukraine said in a tweet that it was able to effectively target Russian convoys near Kyiv because of messages sent to an official Telegram bot account called "STOP Russian War." Channels are not fully encrypted, end-to-end. All communications on a Telegram channel can be seen by anyone on the channel and are also visible to Telegram. Telegram may be asked by a government to hand over the communications from a channel. Telegram has a history of standing up to Russian government requests for data, but how comfortable you are relying on that history to predict future behavior is up to you. Because Telegram has this data, it may also be stolen by hackers or leaked by an internal employee. The last couple days have exemplified that uncertainty. On Thursday, news emerged that talks in Turkey between the Russia and Ukraine yielded no positive result. But on Friday, Reuters reported that Russian President Vladimir Putin said there had been some “positive shifts” in talks between the two sides. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market.
