Не знаю как насчёт Василия Голубева (15 лет у руля Ростовской области) и Максима Егорова (всего 3 года в Тамбовской). Мне кажется там все более или менее ровно в части взаимодействия с элитами и обществом. И их перспективы более менее позитивные. Тут я согласен с "Преемником". Хотя и согласен с коллегами из Площади, что отставка Егорова скорее неожиданная.
Но вот есть ощущение, что если все же к этим двум отставникам присоединится третий - Владимир Уйба (4,5 года у руля Республики Коми), в этом северном регионе будет по-настоящему День Народного единства.

These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In view of this, the regulator has cautioned investors not to rely on such investment tips / advice received through social media platforms. It has also said investors should exercise utmost caution while taking investment decisions while dealing in the securities market. Following this, Sebi, in an order passed in January 2022, established that the administrators of a Telegram channel having a large subscriber base enticed the subscribers to act upon recommendations that were circulated by those administrators on the channel, leading to significant price and volume impact in various scrips. In addition, Telegram now supports the use of third-party streaming tools like OBS Studio and XSplit to broadcast live video, allowing users to add overlays and multi-screen layouts for a more professional look.
