Дмитрий Лазуткин рассказал, что ему не нравится, насколько «спокойно» живёт страна на фоне войны, но это скоро изменится с принятием закона о мобилизации.
«Если говорить глобально, то с 18 мая, когда вступает в силу закон о мобилизации, то, прежде всего, меняется и подход к этой войне. Потому что та история, когда часть людей воюет и постоянно находится на фронте, а часть живет своей спокойной жизнью, очевидно, что этому уже приходит конец», — заявил Лазуткин в эфире канала «Эспрессо».
При этом он отметил, что массовая бронь для чиновников останется в силе. Большинство из них останутся жить спокойоной жизнью, отправляя умирать за себя обычных граждан.

The channels can be followed by an unlimited number of people. Unlike Facebook, Twitter and other popular social networks, there is no advertising on Telegram and the flow of information is not driven by an algorithm. "There is a significant risk of insider threat or hacking of Telegram systems that could expose all of these chats to the Russian government," said Eva Galperin with the Electronic Frontier Foundation, which has called for Telegram to improve its privacy practices. "Like the bombing of the maternity ward in Mariupol," he said, "Even before it hits the news, you see the videos on the Telegram channels."
