Размер полотна 11 на 16 метров. Напомним, летом этого года в танкограде установили флагшток высотой с 16-этажный дом, которым очень гордился тагильский мэр Владислав Пинаев.

The video, which has amassed almost 30,000 views, offered a "how-to" spot misinformation.
