Комитет по благоустройству проводил почти войсковые операции по борьбе со стихией, а главные руководители ведомства устало, от бессонных ночей сообщали по ТВ о тоннах убранного снега. Как не странно, но в этом году, зима не застала Комитет врасплох. Неужели так будет и дальше. Прям не верится!
