وروي عن ابن كثير بالتخفيف، والمعنى واحد إلا أن في التشديد مبالغة، قال الأخفش: الخفيفة أجود في كلام العرب، يقال: ملأتني رعبا، ولا يكادون يعرفون ملأتني، ويدل على هذا أكثر استعمالهم كقوله:
فيملأ بيتنا أقطا وسمنا
وقول الآخر:
ومن مالئ عينيه من شيء غيره إذا راح نحو الجمرة البيض كالدمى
وقال الآخر:
لا تملأ الدلو وعرق فيها
وقال الآخر:
امتلأ الحوض وقال قطني
وقد جاء التثقيل أيضا، وأنشدوا للمخبل السعدي:
وإذا قتل النعمان بالناس محرما فملأ من عوف بن كعب سلاسله
وقرأ ابن عامر والكسائي رعبا بضم العين في جميع القرآن، والباقون بالإسكان.

Continuing its crackdown against entities allegedly involved in a front-running scam using messaging app Telegram, Sebi on Thursday carried out search and seizure operations at the premises of eight entities in multiple locations across the country. The SC urges the public to refer to the SC’s I nvestor Alert List before investing. The list contains details of unauthorised websites, investment products, companies and individuals. Members of the public who suspect that they have been approached by unauthorised firms or individuals offering schemes that promise unrealistic returns So, uh, whenever I hear about Telegram, it’s always in relation to something bad. What gives? These entities are reportedly operating nine Telegram channels with more than five million subscribers to whom they were making recommendations on selected listed scrips. Such recommendations induced the investors to deal in the said scrips, thereby creating artificial volume and price rise. In this regard, Sebi collaborated with the Telecom Regulatory Authority of India (TRAI) to reduce the vulnerability of the securities market to manipulation through misuse of mass communication medium like bulk SMS.
