Начнем неделю с закона Техприспро №2: «Техприсоединение поистине широкая отрасль в электроэнергетике: оно начинается с заявки и технических условий, а существует до тех пор, пока существует объект энергоснабжения».
Трудно оспорить тот факт, что техприсоединение включает в себя всю технологическую цепочку электрификации: прием заявки – договор и ТУ – закупка – проектирование – оформление земель под строительство – строительство – ввод в эксплуатацию – охранная зона.
